Alison Clancy dances in eighteen productions at The Metropolitan Opera, submerging into a wide range of roles from comedic to dramatic to deranged. She originated the longest Principal Dance Solo in Met Opera history; twelve minutes summoning a lightning storm for the overture of Wagner's Der Fliegende Holländer.

Alison is a sought after collaborator for her ability to originate striking new material and seamlessly shift between dancing, singing, acting and playing instruments.
